Logbook loans
Logbook loans are a way of securing short term finance by surrending your Proton's logbook until the cash advance is cleared. Long term interest rates are high, but if you can clear the full loan within three months, it is a really competitive way of changing your cash flow problems. Please be advised that your car is at risk from repossession if you fail to keep up or repay the cash advance in full. Log book loan
There are a couple of criteria you need to adhere to when applying for a log book loan.

You must be over 18 years of age.

The car must be under ten ywars of age.

You have to name on the V5 logbook.

There has to be no or very little outstanding finance on the Proton.

There has to be no others loans secured on the car.

It has to be road taxed.
If you feel you can adhere tio the above, you could use your Proton Compact to borrow up to 70% of its trade value.
